📬 My item was delivered to the wrong mailbox or stolen after delivery?
Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages, including those left in mailboxes or at doorsteps. We rely on the tracking and delivery confirmation provided by the logistics company.
